Terms and Conditions for Flipside Wellness

By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and engaging in any services offered by Flipside Wellness, including, but not limited to, Make Anything Possible (MAP) Coaching and Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) Healings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Flipside Wellness offers a variety of health and wellness services, including:

  • Make Anything Possible (MAP) Coaching: A transformative coaching process designed to help individuals achieve personal and professional goals.

  • Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) Healings: A form of energy healing based on ancient wisdom to balance the body’s energies.

These services may be purchased in packages or individually through the Site, and appointments can be booked accordingly.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • Packages and Services: Clients can purchase packages or individual sessions for MAP Coaching and EEM Healings via the Site. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods accepted by the Site.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Once a service is booked and payment is received, the client may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for unused services. For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy section below.

4. Booking and Appointment Policy

  • Booking: Clients may book services via the Site, subject to availability. When booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and payment details.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify Flipside Wellness at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when booking appointments or purchasing services on the Site.

  • You agree to take responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being during and after participating in any services offered by Flipside Wellness.

  • You understand that the services provided, such as MAP Coaching and EEM Healings, are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.

  • All personal information shared during your sessions with Flipside Wellness, including MAP Coaching and EEM Healings, will be kept confidential, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Flipside Wellness provides coaching and energy healing services, but the content and services are not intended as medical advice, nor should they replace professional medical care. Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flipside Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that results from the use of the Site or services. By engaging in our services, you agree to assume all risks related to your participation.
