Refund Policy

At Flipside Wellness, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Single Sessions

    • Refunds for single sessions may be granted at the sole discretion of Flipside Wellness.

    • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, detailing the reason for the request.

  2. Unused Packages

    • Full refunds for unused packages may be granted at the discretion of Flipside Wellness.

    • Refund requests for unused packages must also be submitted in writing.

  3. Partially Used Packages

    • Packages that have been partially used are non-refundable.

    • Clients are encouraged to use their remaining sessions within the validity period of the package.

  4. Processing Refund Requests

    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days of submission.

    • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
