Unused Packages

Full refunds for unused packages may be granted at the discretion of Flipside Wellness.

Refund requests for unused packages must also be submitted in writing.

Partially Used Packages

Packages that have been partially used are non-refundable.

Clients are encouraged to use their remaining sessions within the validity period of the package.
